EDITION_IV Black Forest House 1650
The Black Forest House was built in the early 1650’s and is widely known as “Kellerhaus”, named after its original owners. Mentioned in the chronicles as one of the first farm houses built in the area. Nestled in the hills of the Hochschwarzwald in a nature preserve, between two of its iconic peaks, the Schauinsland to the north-east and the Belchen to its south-west. At an altitude of around 3000ft built south facing it also offers incredible views to the swiss alps. A special place, run and preserved by Katharina and Helmut, two adventurous human beings, who would describe their life as a constant journey of exploration, growth and development. Soulmates on a journey. As balance is a life key and perfectly meets the description of this natural habitat, our collaborative edition is a mission statement to be picked up and enjoyed wherever you are or go. Produced with sense and spirit, made in Portugal by Souvenir Official. Photography by: Max Heckmann, Diana Pfammatter
EDITION_III Bubbles (Secco Series)
Teaming up with Christian Ress, well known not only for his family owned and 1870 founded vineyard Balthasar Ress, right next to the Rhine river in Hattenheim im Rheingau, but also for initiatives like the wine bank or his Vinotheks in Wiesbaden or Frankfurt, we were able to embrace another great player to this edition, the incredible Sekthaus Raumland. The award winning Raumlands are undoubtedly the premier league of sparkling crafts, leading us to the result of our fantastic Secco Rosé Dry with a soft salmon color and notes of strawberry, cowberry and raspberry and the Secco White Dry with a pale yellow face and notes of apple, pear and citrus. Both Silver medalists at the San Francisco International Wine Competition 2018. Photography by: Alexander Kilian, Amos Fricke, Johannes Bauer, Doro Zinn
